Question about Dell W2600 26 in. LCD Television
It is not service codes that you need. The set is not matched to the broadcast standard where you are located.
Many of the flat panel TV models work with a PC interface for the factory setup. If any parameters have changed with the age of the set, the fault is failing components, and not adjustments to be done. Over-compensating for a fault is not a fix.
As for your TV set, if I recall correctly, the factory service setup is done through an interface to a PC with the service software. The interface on some sets works with the HDMI cable, a USB type connector, or a serial connector, or the back cover has to be removed and there is an interface connector on the processor board.
