one day no picture and no sound have satellite tv any idea's

Picture is only gray with black stripes.

ApprenticeLast night i set childlock in my nikai ( NTV34010) tv set and tuned off by remote control.Then after some time later i tried to turn on tv but there is no sound and no picture.
will u please help me to solve it out.
