Camera will not connect with computer to download

camera will not connect with computer to download pictures. I always download my pic with the transfer cable and cannon software-zoombrowser. for some reason the computer and camera will not connect. can you help?

If you got the Cable and Software CD, you can try to Uninstall the Software and then Install it again, as it may be some software/Dirver fault.
