Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player
My ilo mp3 player I had for 2 1/2 months when it broke. It wouldn't play anything, nor would it even turn off and none of the buttons would do anything. I would just try to play a song and it would freeze. I got a whole new operating system for it through an email from the company and it worked! But then 2-3 weeks later it broke again, same problem, it would just freeze and I can't use it at all. What junk!! Waste of $70! Is there anything I can do?
If its only 3 months old you should still be covered by your statutory rights. Take it back to the shop and demand a refund.
