got an ATI Radeon9200SE graphics card with 128MB but can't seem to be able to access its full memory capacity. installed xabre driver but only 16MB is seen please help

The memory used, depends on the monitor settings as to pixil width and height and color depth. Using a small display setting, results in less memory being used - NOT a fault in the card.
