MICROSOFT websites not getting loaded!! pls...

hi
i have winxp pro sp2 and mcafee anti virus..none of the microsoft websites are getting accessed and thus no updates an no help from MS.neither antivirus sites are loading..and windows defender gives some error codes wen it is run
i have latest version of mozilla and IE 7and no proxy connections
heve tried many things seeing net soln but still its a problem
pls help!!!

disable anti virus or in your blocked section of the A vir allow ms sites They may have been blocked remove blocked tick or whatever
