Hover gold steamvac 5 years old

When I use the stemvac i get a noise, lke there is a belt slipping, with a hot belt smell. I can not find my manual , and cannot figureout how to find the belt if any.

Hoover steam vacs don't use a belt. may have a motor going bad. Having a model number would help tho.
