Hello there, Please can you help, our freeview box works great except for the fact that twice per day, at 11.00am and approx 15.00pm the box switches itself off, ie clock and everything goes off and interupts viewing for approx 20 to 30 seconds. Is this common or a fault on our box.It is not a case of the mains power going off as all tv etc stay on.
Any ideas please,

-   Hi! I have the same problem but later at night (no particular time) and only for about 5 seconds. Plus it doesn't happen every night. I think it's the Freeview signal, not the top box -   Guest
