Sprint Blackberry Curve 8330 the trackball will only go down and sideways but not up
How can I fix this problem?

Under screen/keyboard option there is an area for trackball sensitivity both horizontal and vertical...Increase both and you should be fine.

i just got the orange 8330. I took my first one back because it would not scroll up well after a couple days of use. Now my second one is doing the same. It is going back and I am going to a different type of phone. The curve is good but the trackball sucks.
