Bottom of dishwasher is full of water

bottom of dishwasher is full of water, will not drain. tried checking filter and checked the cone seal. what can I check next?

Next check the drain lines, then the solenoid valve voltage output.

If the power going to the pump is in spec, then you are left with the pump.

Please be careful:
1) Before working on your dishwasher shut off the circuit that powers it. Once you see how to meter the solenoid output, you can apply power and cycle the dishwasher manually. Take care not to short any components. If in doubt, it is best to call in help.

2) Do not work inside the dishwasher immediately following a wash cycle: The electric dryer element may be hot.
