Need repair shop for Senco staplers.

I have 4 model SPS-RF staplers that are well-used and in need of repair or rebuilding. Can you reccomend a shop that has experience doing this kind of work?

Senco - 3L0003N SNS41 16-Gauge Construction Stapler. How to reconnect spring on magazine feeder for senior sns41

Question edited to what I think you meant, but left your stuff to illustrate! All question need 'make model (what it is)' and spellchecked 'Senco' and 'magazine'.
Question moved from Office Equipment to make model category..

This shows the parts diagram how it all fits.

Unfortunately no one has broken it and recorded the fix. You may have to ask the maker.

Senco SKS 1/4" stapler piston will not return. It will drive staples, but not return unless I push it back.

Replace the split O ring, I would get a rebuild kit from Senco or dealer and rebuild the unit. O rings fail, if you opt only for the O ring buy a Viton O ring preferably American made, Good Luck.

My senco sps fires one staple, then hammer gets stuck forward.

If you've had and used the gun since 1998 and never rebuilt it, it's done you well indeed. If the driver is not retracting you most likely have broken or worn o-rings inside the cylinder. Senco makes a rebuild kit, part number YK0376. that contains all o-rings and wear items inside the gun. The kits run about $60 but your gun will be like new again. It's a relatively easy rebuild, just use lots of the Senco grease on the o-rings as you reassemble it.

My senco 1/4" crown air stapler would not drive a staple & now leaks air constantly

It sounds like you have broken or damaged o-rings inside the gun and the only repair is to replace them. Senco does make kits to rebuild most of their guns. Go to http://www.senco.com/ and click on 'Parts Charts' at the top of the page then find your model. The PARTS GUIDE will list a rebuild kit if one is available. The part number will start with YK followed by four numbers. If there isn't a rebuild kit available for your gun, you'll have to order each o-ring seperately. All o-ring part numbers start with LB.

Air tends to leak near trigger of my senco sls15 1/4" crown stapler . how can i stop it?

You have worn or broken o-rings/seals inside the gun. You need a Senco repair kit YK0393. Senco doesn't make them any more but there are still a few to be found on the internet. If you can't find one, go to the Senco webpage, find the parts breakdown for your gun and order all of the o-rings, seals and gaskets and rebuild your gun.

The driver does not go back in the cylander

You have worn or broken o-rings in the head of the gun. I can't find a referance to an SLS20K Senco stapler, they do make an SLS20 and SLS20XP and each takes a Senco YK0372 rebuild kit.

I have some air nailers and staplers that have some leaks and aren't working properly. I would like to try rebuilding them, they are bostitch, paslode, and senco. I have found the rebuild kits for trigger...

The kits for the senco guns, have all the o-rings and seals needed to stop most leaks, no hard parts. You have to replace all of them, no oil is needed, but it needs to be clean, some have little tubes of grease for the o-rings. I'm sure the other guns are the same way. Some of them will give you a fit. I had a senco sfn1, totally rebuilt, still leaked, tried it again, still leaked, called senco, they said send it to us, they fixed it for free, but never said what the problem was. Some times the triggers go and you end up building the whole gun for nothing, and the trigger still leaks, they are the toughest to spot. I have seen a lot of complaints about paslode. We tried them all in our shop, and the senco was/is the best, So we fazed out all the other guns and kept the senco, so all the nails were from 1 dealer, all the parts, we weren't looking all over town for a box of staples.
