Connecting 3801 to an extenal eq

Can you please explain to me the way to setup an external equalizer to my 3801 receiver? I need to be able to listen to the receiver with it going through a delay device (just like setting up an eq). Here is a link to the actual device I am connecting... http://motron.info/shop/product_info.php/products_id/130 Baically I need to setup an rca out and in and run the tuner through it. Thank You
