Question about Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) Console

Moving objects in games shake and move uncontrollably

Any moving object on every game shakes and vibrates forward and backward. They become impossible to watch. The game can still be played but with much difficulty because the figures/people are almost flashes on the screen. Can anyone figure this out?

Re: moving objects in games shake and move uncontrollably

I think you need your PS2 cleaned of dust and lint and whatever else4 could be corrupting your video image. Open the unit up and do a thoruogh cleaning. This will more than likely solve your problem.

If you are not confident in doing this and want a repair shop to fix it. Click on "Repair Directory" at the bottom of this screen. Then click on "Video Game Consoles" Pick a good Repair shop

How to fix a wet ds game

The best way to fix a game (or anything really) that you have spilled water on is to put it in a big bowl of rice where the object needing to be dried will be submerged. Unfortunately that should take place almost immediately and not after a long period of time.

There's no real fix for this-- your game is probably busted forever. Sorry man.

Something is blocking me from putting my game into my ps3 help

similar to when a penny got trapped in my ps2. you have three options. move the ps3 around and try to move the object in the ps3. Or send it off to sony and get it repaired for a fee(I dont't think objects trapped in the ps3 is part of the warranty). Or open the ps3 up and remove the object (Warning! opening up the ps3 will void any warranty you have on it.)

My psp screen shakes anytime i try to load a game from my memory card even if i reset the cfw enabler and try to load a game it still shakes and becomes slow please kindly advise me on what to do.

Go to Home screen, press menu, go to XMD speed .. may be your speed is at slow value .. change to higher, say above 222mhz and that will solve the problem .. enjoy ..

Ps3 is vibrating and shaking what do i do?

I'm thinking 1 of 3 things.

1st it could be the heat-sink fans bushings going out which means replacing the fan this website is a good source for parts.

2nd one or more of the 4 Blue-Ray mounting screws have come loose.

3rd the HDD could have something going bad in it.

Those 3 are the only moving parts in your console.

As I'm playing games, the down button is being pressed while I'm not pressing it. For example, I want to move forward in my game but I could do is move backwards.

the contact terminal for your down key is dirty.. you can clean them with pencil erasers, however if your system is under warranty your better off sending it in so you dont void your warranty

I've had my FC Twin console for about a month now. A problem that has occured with some SNES games, so far Super Metroid, Super Mario World and some parts of Super Mario RPG, the screen will move up. For...

its more than likely the game... If you shake the game, and you can hear it rattling or something, then more than likely it got crushed or demagnetized, or set out in extreme heat.

Shaking sound

If it does it when you move the DS around, then it has been dropped and there is little itty bits of plastic crawling around when it's moved. So what you can do is take it apart like a laptop, unscrew the bottom first. If you can get a crack open, you do not have to continue any more. Just keep it open a crack and remove the plastic. Put the screws back, and the shaking noise is gone.
