- it just doesnt want to turn on. one minute it was working, then I switched it off and one minute later it didnt work. I have cleaned the filters, checked the tubes and everything seems ok.- Guest

I suggest you check the hepa filter for black soot. If it is black and yucky then the motor is probably burnt out. Check out the guide at www.tasweb.org for instructions on how to fix it.
