Get a new phone.
or you could try putting the disk inside the disk drive like normal people not holding it in front of the computer so it could "read it" and "install it"

cant access disc2phone icon after installation

At the Sony Ericsson website I click to download the disc2phone software and click throught the steps but when it is trying to install the DOS goes haywire and I get a message that says "16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem" at the top and says "C:\DOCUME~1/Owner\APPLIC~1\SONYSE~1\09063B~1\dotnetfx.exe The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. CS:0549 IP:0118 OP:63 6f 6d 65 20 Choose 'Close' to terminate the application." Then it has two buttons "Close" or "Ignore" and if I close it exits and if I hit ignore it just sits there on a DOS screen with a white cursor jumping all over the place. Is there any other way to download this software or does anyone know how to fix this error?
i was using d2p but my comp crashed & lost all settings, i have lost my disc so cannot re-install it .cant fix it
