Question about Creative Labs Zen Neeon MP3 Player
I had transfered MP3 files to my player and after safely removing it from the USB drive, it suddenly gone dead. I thought the battery had just been drained so I charged it, but even just connecting the charger it won't... I had tried to reset it and walah, it turned on, so i just thought it only got frozen.. i went to browse the mp3s, photos and videos I had there for more than 6 mos and to my suprise, none left as in empty... so I panicked and thnking i accidentally deleted the files. To my surprise when i checkd the system, all i had left was 123MB and used all the remaining of 1GB.. so where had it gone, no files but memory used up? Please help... i'm pissed off with this player now, if only i had listened to my friend...sad....
Try hitting the reset button
it sounds like something is really wrong with its file system or the hard drive is bad. Have him boot into Recovery Mode and do a disk cleanup and see if that solves the problem. If not, then reformat the drive.
if you do get it working download the latest firmware.
