I have a pioneer avh-p6500dvd I was playing a dvd fine and I wnt to advance the fram and an error 02 came up also now the cd won't eject I don't even hear the cd try to eject nothing happens and the unit shuts off I have reset the unit several time with no luck any help please. Thank you

I have the same problem, it seems that the Integrated circut that controls the CD stoped working.
You'll need to go to a repair shop and replace it.
