Question about Computers & Internet
You will have to get an account with such services as Yahoo messenger or hotmail and then this will allow you to call your grandson again. I have tried both and hotmail puts less other stuff on your computer and is clear but you can't do multiple conversations at once. Yahoo charges about a penny a minute and I use it to talk to my brother in Shainhi. It is nice to talk to my Mother out of state. It is easy enough to use that she gets it going from a retirement home with no problem.
I can talk to you live to walk you through the yahoo setup and then practice with you on yahoo with my account if you want. You will also have to consider if your grandson's system is up and running and what service he is using. Better find that out first so you can be on the same type.
Let me know how I can help. I made a mission of getting 5 family members started up on this so we could all talk more.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service
