I just bought a new computer (running Vista) and now I can't get my Samsung YH-902 to work. I've tried to run the recovery utility and wipe it clear and start over, but it keeps saying device is not detected. But, it did previously show up on Windows Media Player on the new computer. Please help!
Since there aren't any drivers available for VISTA at the moment, It's possible that your XP drivers may be able to be used. Another option is to run Media Player in Compatibility mode. Right Click Media player and select properties. Then select the Compatibility tab and selcet XP and see if you can use your player in that fashion.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Tried all of the advice and it didn't work. I'd be happy to get it running on my old computer (running XP) at this point. Any advice? It recognizes it and everything, but won't let me add new songs.
