Hi, Dear Expert:
i have a MITSUMI CD-ROM SR 244 W, installed on windows 2000 based computer upgraded to windows XP SP2 installed recentely, the PC is HP VECTRA VL 420 SF, the CD ROM run but it's too slow to start, it reads CD music and sometimes it get corrupted.
the CD-ROM capable to read properly the windows XP CD but it takes 4 hours to install, pretty much the same thing with windows 2000 CD for office programs.
i did install and uninstall the driver, i think i have compatibility issues, and i need someone who have the knowladge to have the computer fixed.
