Hi, can help to solve this problen in my laptop dell latitude d630, to clear bios password, system number of computer is #3VH7XD1-595B. Pls help.

Clearing the BIOS password (not HDD PW)
I will ASSUME its BIOS ADMIN PW locked out. lost PW.
you only said clear but did not say lost the word lost, means
clearing the old (one must know the old first to clear in on most PCs)
is done 4 ways, 4 generations of PC, the newer the harder.
did you RTM first at DELL D630?

your PC is 10years old, so that may be easy, IDK ,lets find out.

Support for Latitude D630 ATG, came with nasty XP OS.
rule 1, in this PC if you turned on TPM chip inside BIOS
that means the PW is locked out to hackers. ok?
if yes then the PC can only be unlocked by DELL.com
we are not Dell.com so can't fix that, why ask here and not dell first is odd.
The PC new has this turned off, so others must have turned this on. fact 1.

OK, that is what you get for not writing it down.
some of the youtube posts are inane.
wrong PC,
worse is bios is now dead, with admin locked you can not boot windows, you can not F2 or F12 hot key the BIOS and BIOS
is 100% locked out. so all those videos are silly as are the PC with he HDD lockout, or TPM chip locked. and more there are smart card locks outs and more, so why not ask at Dell.com first.
