do you have it on vibrate along with the ringtone? sometimes they place the vibrate under the speaker so you can barely hear the ringtone if it's on vibrate..
It is in the settings... under profile. Edit one of those and select 1-4 or loud to increase ring volume. Or try editing the ringtone on your PC to increase the decibals of the file.
