My Lexmark 2500 will not recognize new ink cartridges sometimes, this time I replaced both cartridges at the same time, but it says the color ink is 'not compatible' with the printer, even though it is the same exact ink I buy for it all the time (combo pak 28/29). It has happened before, and I just exchanged inks at the store, but I need a way to fix this without having to go back to the store all the time.
