Are your MMS settings setup properly? Which cell phone provider are you with?
You can also check to see if you have any MMS settings currently:
Menu->Web Access->Web Session
and
Menu->Messages->Message Setup->MMS Message Setup->Server Info
The menu options may vary depending on your provider (e.g. AT&T, T-Mobile, Vodafone).
I can help, but you did not say which network your phone is currently on.
Ok, great! Here are specific directions then:
1. Press the menu key.
2. Select Messaging.
3. Press the menu key to access the setup options.
4. Select 'Inbox Setup'.
5. Select 'MMS Message Setup'.
6. Go to 'Server Info'. (Cingular or AT&T might be written next to it.)
7. If a server is present, press the menu key (while Cingular or AT&T MMS is highlighted) and then choose edit. If nothing is there press new. (The server can be called Cingular MMS or AT&T MMS.)
8. Make sure the following settings are present:
Service Name: AT&T MMS (or Cingular MMS)
Server Name: http://mmsc.cingular.com
Web Session Name: MEdia Net
Enjoy having MMS!
