Hi there. i have the same problem whereby i can hear other people on the phone but they can't hear me very well. the sound seems crackly. can i replace the microphone and where is it situated? i did have a look but i can't see it. thanks.
Make sure your mic isn't muted, make sure the mic icon in the top right of the screen isn't highlighted red, touching that turns the mic on and off, if its not that the mic mic be faulty, test it with the voice recorder
I have the same problem i use a air duster and thats sorts it our for a while untill next time if any 1 has a solution please help thanks :D

There must be a problem with your phone's earpiece, it might need cleaning or total replacement if it's already damaged. Try to have it check with an authorized cellphone repair shop.... If you have any follow up questions, just feel free to post it here for us to help you further...
