Problem for Kenmore 53082 / 53084 Side by Side Refrigerator

This problem only happens in the hot summer months. The food in the refrigerator freezes when placed in the middle to back areas of the refrigerator. When I came back from vacation this past week not only was the food frozen there was also a frost patch on the outside of rear of the refrigerator underneath the black coil. The black coil is free of dust and particles.

Try a new defrost timer..your mullion heaters are not on...
