How do you insert sim card

This error is not caused by any phone's internal error of failure. It is commonly a message given by the phone that the Sim is not connected correctly. In this case, first make sure the Sim is inserted correctly and fixed firmly into the slot. Also make sure that the Sim is fixed with the Metal Slot on the top to ensure total connection of the Sim with the phone. Try the above steps and reply me.

try to check the sim card socket "the 6 pins" if the settings are level, it there is one ore more that are dislocate just lift it up, and if the problem still the same, try o check the power IC

* Remove battery.
* Insert sim in a jack(symbol 'll be given aside it, along with direction of sim).
* Put ur battery n cover back..
* Swith on ur phone..

Do you mean opening the backside cover to insert the sim card? Just push the button on the cover backside and pull it from the bottom of the fone. First time it may be hard to push, but it will get loose during use. Hope this helps. If not pls ask me in detail. Thx.

Try cleaning the sim card slot of the L6 with a pencil eraser, then cleaning it out with cloth. After that you can try again, if it still says insert sim, then you might need to reformat or reflash it, bring it to a mobile phone technician...

just do unlock u r phone with help of unlock saftwere......

i was having the same problem, when u place the sims card in the slot, make sure the little metal clip is slid up over the sims card to insure connection. I didnt realize at the time i was suppose to slid the that clip over the edge of the card. As soon as i did this it worked fine.
