Problem for Hard Drives
Generic problem for all Hard Drives
Maxtor external hard drive 750 GB
the hard drive dosent answer.
then it gives me 3 options
1# look for a solution on internet and close the program
2# close the the program
3# wait until it answers
but nothing works, i can go in and open the folders and see the files but cant play any of the movies ?

- I have the same(if not a similar) problem. It was working, then all of a sudden, when I click on "my computer," it sort of freezes up and I am unable to do anything with the computer unless I shut down the computer application that allows me to view the HD's contents. I have some personal files and documents that I must have. I would gladly wipe it and try all over again if that weren't the case however... someone help?! - Guest
