I can not reset my times or my alarm clock or my heart rate how do i reset all of these - Solve this!

I assume that you do not have any instructions, this being the case, then you can obtain them by going to their web site "columbia.com" and in the search box (upper right) enter "watches".

You will see in the middle of the page a section called "timing" click on the link "PDF instruction.................." and a long list of watches appears. You can either scroll down until you find your watch or enter the watch type number (on the back of your watch?) in the search box.

The columbia site has no timing instructions.

Instructions can be obtained by going to the Columbia web site "columbia.com".

Insert "watches" in the search box (top right) and the next page shows a watch with the title "timing" and underneath in says "PDF instruction manual for watches"

Click on this and a list of diagrams for the watches appears. Choose the one that is for your watch and down load.
