Haier Dehumidifier leaked- white stuff on my carpet

Greetings from Seattle,
I have a 2007 Haier Dehumidifier purchased online from Target. It leaked on my carpet and now carpet has a slight white color. I tried Resolve and it won't take it out. Any suggestions on how to clean/remove from this carpet?

- Carpet is light beige, solution was Resolve (clear solution), only the water from the bucket leaked, carpet is 5 years old. Thank you for your efforts...Clarification Request

What color is the carpet before the leak turned it white? What color was the solution? Was it just water that leaked onto it and how old is the carpet?
