Why is my uniden wireless security cameras look real foggy and cant see

It sounds like your cameras are placed in the window. They will work fine during the day, but the reflection from the window will cause a blur at night. Try moving the cameras outside or away from the windows to get rid of the blur.

All typeset and pictures have shadows/blur have changed out video card on Lenovo computer - seemed successful for a while but now back to square one. any ideas

Try a different "data" cable between the monitor and the computer.

Connect the monitor to a different desktop/laptop.
If the "shadowing" is still visible, then it's the monitor that has gone "bad'.

Connect a different monitor to your Lenovo computer.
If the "shadowing" is still visible, then your monitor is OK, and your video-card is the problem.

Pictures are pink

If pictures are pink and blurred shadow-like on all settings, both on LCD and on picture files, then you have a faulty CCD sensor.

The CCD sensor is the device that captures light to generate the digital picture.

Depending on the camera model number the CCD sensor fault is repaired at factory expenses. Call Nikon at the number listed on the owner manual, and find if the fault will be covered by recall.

If pictures are not blurred, but well defined and just kind of purple, then the green or blue channel is not working. In that case diagnosis requires testing to find out where the problem is.

Pics out of focus

Sounds like "Camera Shake"

With Digital photography, any motion of the camera will tend to blur the photos. You'll see double edges in some photos, and plain fussy pictures in others.

The sharpest photos come from cameras sitting on stationary objects while the picture is taken.

Depending on how advanced your camera is, there are a couple of settings you can toy with.

One is the ISO setting which mimics the "Film Speed" exposure rating of camera film measured in as ISO100, ISO 200, ISO 300, ISO 400.
The Ratings are a balance between Fast action light capture, and slow higher resolution detail light capture.

ISO100 will make a cyclist passing by look like they're standing still.
ISO400 will make a cyclist passing by look like a blur passing by.

ISO100 will have larger dots of colors on the picture, (Low Resolution)
ISO400 will have tiny dots of colors on the picture, (High Resolution)

So, ISO setting is a matter of getting the best picture without the blur; get as close to ISO 100 as you can.

The other setting is Shutter Speed.

Some cameras will allow you to slow the shutter speed down to help get clearer pictures in dark environments, like places with high ceiling lights, or outside after sunset.

Again you want the fastest option available, here the balance is the same as the ISO, bright clear picture versus dark blurry picture, so you want the shortest shutter speed possible.
This is measured in fractions of a second, and often only the denominator (lower half) is mentioned, like this:
1/8 of a second is called 8 or (125 milisecond)
1/4 of a second is called 4 or (250 miliseconds)
1/2 of a second is called 2 or (500 miliseconds)
1 whole second is called 1 or (1 for one second)

On digital cameras it often simply mentioned as the fraction in a menu called shutter speed. The default is often the fastest capable speed.

Browse the menu options for ISO and Shutter speed to see what modifications you can make.

Remember it's about capturing the light, so bright sunny days are easy highest speed settings, but shady or indoor environments will take practice and fine tuning.
Also, make use of the timer delay option and set the camera on a stationary object to capture the clearest sharpest images.

Have Fun.

All my pictures are either blurred or dark.the flash used to work but it doesnt work any more.i dont know if you can help?

Almost certainly the pictures are dark and blurred because the flash doesn't work. These cameras are not worth repairing, generally, so either just use it in daylight or get another one - and don't buy Sanyo. Canon, HP, Panasonic, Samsung are better.

Cant turn off Blur mode

The camera gets reset to factory settings simply by removing batteries for two minutes.

If that does not work , then the camera is not in 'blur mode' , but has a faulty CCD sensor, that cause this typical effect, picture blurred an like moving, and often a wrong color tone.

Blurred pictures

basically, dont use a video camera for still photos. All it does is freeze the frame when you "take the picture". This means any photots will be blurred. I am afraid your xmas pics are likely not repearable wothout a lot of time in photoshop.
Next year, ask for a still camera!
Sorry i cant be of more help

You need service. Sounds like the convergence is out of adjustment. As the picture is formed by a tri- gun arrangement (one for each colour), if any of them is not correctly aligned, you will see shadows on any sharp line like text, or blurring on a picture. The shadow or blurring will often be one colour i e. red, blue or green.
