down load split usb cam from the site i give below
http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/freeware/usb/webcam-driver

run it, then restart your computer, connect your cam open usb cam, to pc . open split usb cam in programme , open the icon , in all cam list choose usb cam and start ,you shall see your cam working.
