Toshiba Regza 32 inch with DVD player - won't eject

Our baby sitter put a DVD in last night for kids and she called and said it won't eject. We hve tried everything in the world and it won't come out. Biggest issue is it is a Blockbuster DVD. Any advice on how to get it out? When we push the eject button - you can hear it running on inside but never grabs dvd to spit out.
