Samsung sgh p207

I'm not sure if my last post went thru but, I am having trouble with my multimedia on an unlocked phone. That is the only thing I cant access. My daughter bought it for me as a gift, from ebay, I put in the settings from my carrier, as they had them on their web page, and I have called tech support, but I don't think they want to help because it is an unlocked phone. They told me to go buy a locked phone from them lol. My daughter has an unlocked nokia and everything works on that. I should be able to get full use of features on mine. I have AT&T as a carrier (the phone is out of Canada-Rogers). I can get internet, texting, calls. But no sending and recieving pics or multi media. Can u help?
