My color ink is full. My black ink is low because I use it so much. Not that I wan't to use it, mind. I just have no other choice. My printer refuses to use the color ink!!

You may have your preferences set to print in B/W or grayscale.

When you go to print, select Preferences from the dialog box. On the main tab there should be 5 choices in the Quality section. If you want to print in color, make sure to select "Text & Image" or one of the 2 Photo options.
