The inside of the glasses (top tray) have grainy film in the inside at the end of the cycle. What can be causing this?

Your drain is either clogged or not draining well.Once the cycle has gone through its job it should have also discarded all of the dirt and chemicals associated to cleaning out of your dishwasher.Cleaning of the washer(as describe in your owners manual)should get rid of the problem.

Hi there. Here is what I have my KP61HS10.Every year i clean the it inside and out. Wipe down the screen and mirror lens. I notice that lens has a dirt film inside of it, I did remove it and cleaned it...

Do not attempt this. There are alighnments here that may need to be made.Just clean the dust off the lens surface. Use micro fiber towel or lense cleaning cloth.

Dirty scans

Small white dots would indicate progressive failure of the CCD[sensor] or perhaps ingress of dirt to the inside of the glass. hard to say exactly with out seeing the machine.
