Only Way To Fix your Problem is calling you provider and ask for the PUK Code They Give it to you once you use that PUK Code you can't use it again, if it happen twice you have to call them for another PUK Code, after you put the PUK Code you gonna have to enter a pin and then re enter the pin , and i will get you over to your phone again, one more thing does not erase the contacts or what you have in your memory i have done it at least 5 times

Hi there to solve your problem just bing you sim-card to your service provide and they'll give you the PUK code,
you know every sim-card has a no. on its back and thats the access to your PUK code.

You contact your Telco and tell them that you entered the wrong pin they will give you the PUK code after verification of number and owner
