Good afternoon!
I can understand where you're coming from. ;o)
I think we can get you where you want to be. First, click on "Start", then click on "Control Panel". On the "Control Panel" screen, click on "Display". On the "Display" screen click on the "Appearance" tab. Towards the bottom of that screen is a box labeled "Fonts". Click on the blue arrow at the right side of that box. This will allow you to choose the "Large Fonts", or "Extra Large Fonts" option. After you make your choice, click on the box (to the lower right) that is labeled "Apply".
That should give you the results that you are looking for.

Simply press and hold down the "control" key, while pressing the "plus sign" key. Be sure to keep the "control key" depressed while you press the "plus sign" key. Not sure about using the touchpad, but increasing the size of the web page text can be done on the bottom right of the webapage. You can see a small magnifying glass icon with a number next to it, denoting the size of the text. Click on the arrow next to this to change the size of the text/images on screen.

How to enlarge the words sizes when i open the internet

In Internet Explorer you can go to View -> Text Size and enlarge the font from there. In Google Chrome you can go to Options -> Under the Hood and either enlarge the font or zoom on the page. In Mozilla, I would look for a similar option in the Options or Settings menus.

The other size you may see is Netbook, these are smaller and very portable.

If you are using windows Vista, you can just simply right click on the desktop and choose personalize... At the left of your view, you can see that the is the word for adjusting the font size ( DPI ).. You can enlarge it to 120 DPI or just customize your desired size... Normally, the default is 96 DPI... Remember... the effect only happens after you restart your computer... The picture below will guide you... Hope this method will also works in other windows such as XP or 7...
