How do you reset a

Try pressing the power button for like 10 seconds until it completely powers off. And then try again to power it on.

If this does not work, do let me know to give you other suggestions.

Unplug the unit from the wall. Wait two full minutes for it to reset itself internally. While you wait check that outlet to be sure you have power there [plug something else into the outlet as a test]

Then plug the machine back in and turn it on. It will take several minutes for it to start up and warm up to be ready to print.

Is there a specific error you are recieving. There isn't specific reset procedures. The printer should turn on and just hit the online button. If it is reading any errors or not turning on please let me know.

u SHOULD NOT HAVE TO RESET ANYTHING, IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEN IT IS MOST LIKELY DAMAGED FROM THE SURGE OF THE POWER DISRUPTION, WAS THIS HOOKED TO A GOOD QUALITY SURGE PROTECTOR?
