Hi my acer aspire 3050 screen shows the blue

It sounds more like a problem at the inverter end, probably dry joints on the coil or a cable has disconnected from it. Either way you will have to remove the screen bezel (plastic screen surround) to get to the inverter. The inverter is an elongated circuit board under the screen itself, just check that the cables are connected, if they are disconnect the cables and remove any screws holding the inverter to the lid and take it out.
Look at the back of the inverter for the coil (it will have copper wires coming from it) and re-solder the points around the coil, put back the inverter and connect the cables to it and turn on the laptop.
You will probably find the display works fine and you can re-assemble the screen bezel.
