I have a Maytag Atlantis washer that runs fine until the spin cycle. Once it hits the spin cycle, it gets very loud, like it's off balance. When we get the clothes out, they're still soaking.

Make sure you loads are balanced, put heaviest clothes in first... if you can rock it by hand then the legs are not adjusted properly. If you stand 2 feet away from front of machine, jump up and down and see it move the floor is soft and you need 2 sheets of plywood to make 1 1/2 inches put under the machine

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. As you already know, that is the reason that it is doing it. You need to check the bottom legs of the washer and make sure none are damaged. Also, I would advise you to get a level tool. By doing this, you will know where the balance is off at. You can add wood slits under the legs to balance them off. Once it is level, you should be good to go.
