Tears in a trampoline net

The netting on our trampoline has a few small tears. As one recently got larger I wondered if there is a way to sew it together. Should I use an elastic thread hoe do I end the tear so it does not go any farther. I thought about sewing the tear and then attaching a netting patch over the tear. do you think this will work?

You can use a patch, but most trampolines fabric is made to stretch, and a patch interferes with that often transferring the stress to another location causing additional wear on the fabric. Best thing to do is to simply replace the entire mat. The weather is pretty ******* them.

SOURCE: Trampoline net

Hope this helps. The trampoline net will either have a sleeve for flexible poles to form a ring at the top or there will be at least four obvious "loops" to hang from the poles. Then you need to sew the net to secure it to the mat/trampoline itself with rope. A good idea to buy new rope to do this as it wears with use. I have replaced my securing rope with "tie-down" rope from the sporting good department. The soft nylon kind seems to wear better. To sew: use a good knot to secure it to the underside of the trampoline (spring/Loop) then simple go through the net at the bottom skip a few holes come back through the net and go down around the bottom of a spring hold. repeat all the way around.

SBS file replication error

I've com across a very undocumented problem recently with a Windows SBS2003 (2003 Small Business Server) I had a lot of FILE REPLICATION ERRORS in the EVENT VIEWER... and I also had a hard time to get the latest .net updates to go through... so I've done some research and it all came to a wonderful tool called .net cleaning utilities.

First I wasn't aware of the utility so when I saw that the .net update wasn't working I tried to UNINSTALL it with ADD/REMOVE programs... that was a fiasco... so I did some GOOGLEING and I found (ON THE MICROSOFT SITE) a tool called (.net removing tool) or something like that... as i was browsing the MICROSOFT site it actually offered me to FIX IT FOR YOU option so I did (I didn't care to much of a possible HACK since my SBS is a virtual machine) so if I screw up the server I can recover in less than a few minuts...

Conclusion!!! it was defitively the .net missing uptate that was causing the file replication error... and since the repared .net update there are no more file replication errors...

I hope this will shave of hours of GOOGLING for the next poor TECH that will come across this problem...
Is a small hole a pencils width in diameter safe on a 12 ft trampoline? if not how do i fix it?

It could cause some tearing if it is abused. What i did on my trampoline was took a lighter and melted the rim of the hole to melt the fibers together so that it doesnt fray. Do this and it will be fine.
