Problem with Delta Enterprise Hampton 3-in-1 Crib

Delta luv crib hamptons 3 in 1 crib manual

I received the 3 in 1 hampton crib by delta luv cribs (model # 4928) as a gift 2 years ago and I am wanting to convert it. My daugther has outgrown the crib and I want to transition her into a toddler bed. I no longer have the instruction manual for it and need to know where to find it.I looked on the delta enterprise corp website and it does not have the crib listed anymore. Also It did not come with rails for the side- where can I purchase them?

I was looking for the same thing. My crib has directions on the board that the mattress sits on. It basically says to remove step 4, which is the rail that goes up and down. You slide it up a little from its bottom position and then the screw heads come through the slots that you see and then the whole thing comes off pretty easily. I has to push and pull a little to get the screws through but it worked fine. There is no additional piece that goes on, just stays like that and is stable. My son is very excited to give it a try tonight. Sort of a long way down though! Need to find some extra pillows for a safe landing! Good luck to everyone.

Call the customer service no 877-660-3777, wait for the voice to go through all the recalls, and it will give you options to speak to a rep. Im trying to find replacement screws for a crib that wont be in for another 2 months. Grr, anyone have any suggestions other than Lowes or Home Depot (tried that...)?

I rent this crib and put them together & take them apart everyday. The front rail you take off for conversion to the toddler bed is a little tricky. The screw heads must come through the plastic holes and you really have to push hard to get them through. That's it though. Once you've taken off the front rail that goes up & down, you've got a toddler bed.
