i have bought a wireless mikomi keyboard and mouse. The mouse works but it says on setup the keyboard driver not compatable tho i have xp
I have the same problem.

the driver states that it is not compatable with either windows 98 or XP

box says compatible with XP- disc says no!

My computer tells me that the device is 'not' compatible with XP!!!! The box and instructions all say it is but the drivers are for Windows 98 only.

Don't run the setup program. Instead reboot your computer and use the windows add hardware wizard to install the drivers from the CD. The windows hardware wizard will detect several different devices, allow it to install them all from the CD.

I have just bought this mouse and keyboard, and it came with a small cd for driver installation. However when I referred to the manual it says the cd is only for Windows ME. Is that your problem?

Mine are working fine without the disk. There are small buttons on the underside of the keyboard and also on the mouse. These need to be pressed before they will work.

Just plug in the hardware for XP! It works straight away. That's what I did! No disc or drivers needed!
