Sir,

If any error message showing? Try to reinstall it, before install disable the anti virus, firewall turn off.

go to
http://www.getpcmemory.com/drivers/download-acer-aspire-4930-4925-windows-xp-drivers/
and download all drivers and burn them on a CD for future use.

Hello
1. Go here and download Bluetooth Broadcom driver
2. unpack and run the setup.exe file.

also check that your bluetooth is activated,(button on side on your computer)
check device manager for missing drivers and get back to me
