Hi everybody, I'm french, living in Morocco. I have an IBM Netvista 6792 GHU working with Windows XP.
Every time I switch it on, I have a message PRESS F1 TO RESUME , looping and looping again on this message.
I pressed F1 and changed BOOT sequence: in system I said REMOVEABLE 1rst, IDE 0 2nd, and in hardware IDE 0 1rst.
Then in START >>> EXECUTE>>> MSCONFIG, when in OS Windows XP, I clicked on the top button NORMAL START(general) and ACTIVATE ALL(starting) but always the same problem.
May I have a standard and safe BIOS programming sample ???
Is it possible to make BIOS ignore removable device ???
Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation.
