while watching tv on our new 42in.lcd flat screen and hooked up to our new hd cable box from comcast there are intermitent total signal losses from 3-5 seconds . Tv says searching for signal for a few seconds on and off throught the day. Sometimes just goes to no signal and stays there and I have to unplug the hdmi cable to Tv and then plug back in and signal comes back. At first called Sanyo TV and they came and replaced motherboard on TV. When problem continued I got a new hd cable box. After 1-2 days the problem started up again. Is it the box, comcast signal issue or whatever. Any input would be appreciated as wife is driving me crazy because you know the signal kicks out right at her favorite part of any show she is watching wether hd channel or not.
yes we have to do a process of elimination to fix or narrow the problem down. try another box and see the results.if box work on another tv then u have tv problem
