Need some clarification on your question to see if i can help...

amps = amperes or amplifiers?

if you are referencing RMS or continuous power that will be on the spec sheet that came with the woofer or you can google "ts-sw251 spec" and find that information. really a woofer really only cares about power in watts and resistance in ohms.

What amp to use for two pioneer ts-w307d4 car subwoofers

Just get 2pi amp pros at1200 watts. That way u have full control of the bass u need. Just remember to turn the amps down the subs are a little under rated. Done this myself and it is a great sous. There not a good pro sub but they will do the job in a mid size car

I have a pair of pioneer ts A-6987 connected through an amplifier and pioneer cd player..i noticed today that the left speaker's cone woofer stopped working whereas the its producing voice but if very low...

double check the ratings on the speakers and amp. speakers that size don't usually require an amp. compare the wattage and resistance numbers, if you haven't fried an amp, you may have blown a speaker. another possibility is a short in the channel. check wiring connections.

Is the pioneer ts-a6815 a good replacement for stock 2009 premium sound system?

Depends on the manufacturer of the premium sound system.I replaced my premium stereo(JBL) with pioneer mids and highs and yea they were a heck of a lot louder and the sound was like brighter and better all around but i put in a new deck and had a amp running them so i dont know if that helps you.

Connection Pioneer TS-W65A

you are probably looking at a dual voice coil subwoofer. This means you have many options of wiring in series/parralel/or bridged parralel. Go to either www.the12volt.com or crutchfield's learning center in order to figure out what your options are. Then you need to find out what ohm your subwoofers and what ohm your amp is stable at.

2 Subs running together

If they have the same impedence (like 4 ohm) then you should be able to run two different model number speakers as if they were the same model number. There might be a slight difference in the way they sound, but I would not expect it to be enough to be noticeable. Good luck.
