Bios doesnt recognize the hard drive

HI, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE BRAND OF YOUR COMPUTER. IF THE MOTHER BOARD IS ELITE GROUP YOU HAVE TO PRESS DELETE WHEN TURN ON THE COMPUTER AND THIS WHERE YOU CAN ACCESS THE BIOS SETTING. AND CHANGE THE BOOT SETTING. THERE ARE SOME MANUFACTURER HAVE DIFFERENT KEY YOU HAVE TO PRESS TO ACCESS THE BIOS SETTING. HOPE THIS INFO WILL HELP YOU ADJUST AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

Hmmm...check the power and info cables to the drive. Make sure it is properly plugged in to the power cable, that the info cable is connected to the right place on the motherboard. If it is just one HD, make sure the jumper is set to Master instead of Slave. If the BIOS still can't see it, the HD probably went south on you...
