Ground the parking brake wire to any metal surface that is handy. Just as solution 2 suggests. I accidently clicked the top "Guest" as the best solution when Solution #2 was the one I meant to click on. Ground it and enjoy!

Just ground the brake wire...also, you can put a toggle switch in between the HU and ground, so if you get pulled over by police, flip the switch, and they'll never know.......

Its easy all you have to do is switch the wiring around, put the red and the yellow wire on ground and the ground wire for the deck to the red battery wire, good luck :)

You can run the brown wire to a ground and that should work for you. Would you happen to know the importance of the pink wire?

BackGorund Change on a Jensen VM9311TS In-Dash DVD player

There is no e-brake override code. You have to hardwire it to bypass the e-brake. Take the peach-colored wire and ground it to metal inside the dash. Put a toggle switch inline on the wire and mount it somewhere you can reach it. When you get the blue screen when starting a movie, open the switch for 3-5 seconds, then close it again to reapply the ground. Your movie will start up, and you can then drive away with it playing.

Whats the code sequence?

All you have to do to bypass your brake is insert a DVD into the dvd player. When the blue screen pops up just take your remote and press stop stop 1,2,6,4 that will bring up a manufacturer menu that you wont be able to see. Once you do that use your right joystic and press down then right that will turn the brake override on and also make the brake wire completley useless. then you want to set the region code to 1 and turn the macrovision to off. Once you do that all you have to do is press SYS SETUP on your remote control twice to save the settings. Thats it you are all set you will never have to worry about the brake again and you can watch the movie while driving but be careful if you drive eratic and get pulled over with a movie playing its a big fine. Enjoy!
